Glass Garden & Area Entry
- Ticket-Gate: CZK 100 / person
- Children under 5 years: free of charge
- Ticket includes access to: the Glass Garden, Glassmakers’ Canteen, and the Souvenir Shop
- The Glass Garden is open 24/7 and can be illuminated in the evening upon request
Summer Season (May – September)
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends & Public Holidays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Winter Season (October – April)
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekends & Public Holidays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Glassworks & Gallery Tours
- Tours start every full hour (on the hour)
- The last tour begins 1 hour before closing time
Crystal Temple Tours
- Guided tours of the Crystal Temple take place daily at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00
Important Information
- Glass Ticket for guided tours of the glassworks and gallery is available only in the souvenir shop in the area.
- Glassmakers work until 2:00 PM on weekdays and until 1:00 PM on weekends
- Tours must be booked in advance for groups larger than 10 people or for tours in foreign languages – please contact: andrea@pacinekglass.com or +420 774 711 707
- Reservations for foreign-language guided tours must be made at least 14 days in advance
- Without reservation, foreign visitors may joyn the Czech tour with a printed guide.
- Please arrive on time for all scheduled tours

A guided tour in English is available for CZK 280 per person and requires prior booking.
