His wife Renata is a great inspiration and support for Jiří Pačinek.
Together they create a nice environment for visitors to the glassworks, the Glass Garden, the Glass Canteen and accommodation. If time allows, they also implement common ideas materialized in glass. An integral part of their work is the representation of the Czech glass at home and abroad.
