These are the binding terms and conditions of pacinekglass.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Pačinek Glass"). These terms and conditions describe and regulate the mutual business relationship between operator Jiří Pačinek on the part of the supplier and the customer, the visitor (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") on the part of the buyer. These terms and conditions are a draft purchase contract, they are linked to the price offer. Business cases using remote means of communication are closed in the Czech language.
Price conditions
The list of goods displayed on the Pačinek Glass e-shop is understood as a draft purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Shop"). The Online Shop contains the selling price including VAT. The price of the goods does not include shipping and handling, unless otherwise expressly stated for specific goods. The Pačinek Glass Online Shop reserves the right to change prices in the catalogue. Price changes without prior notice and approval by the Customer are not possible on orders already confirmed. Postage and packing - registered mail. Postage is charged as standard to customers of the Pačinek Glass Online Shop. To every order of goods made in the Pačinek Glass Online Shop, where postage and packing is charged, the amount according to the current price list in the order will be added. This amount consists of the shipping fee, insurance of the shipment and a handling and packaging fee.
Payment conditions and options
Payment is possible by a postal online credit card and bank transfer. The customer pays for the goods from the Pačinek Glass Online Shop by bank transfer or payment through a payment gateway. Payment by regular bank transfer. The payment will be made by the customer to the supplier's account within 5 working days at the latest. If the order is not paid on time, the order is automatically cancelled and the ordered goods are displayed in the Online Shop again.
Terms of delivery
The Pačinek Glass Online Shop makes every effort to ensure a fast and smooth shipping process. All shipments from the Pačinek Glass Online Shop, including correspondence, are sent by registered mail. The standard shipping time is within 3 working days from order verification. The maximum delivery time is within 7 working days. For orders that cannot be shipped by the above deadline, the delivery date can be postponed for a longer period of time, but only with the customer's consent. Failure to meet the shipping deadline gives the customer the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and to request a free cancellation of their order. This notification must be in writing and will be sent by email to eshop@pacinekglass.com.
